This project involved the careful restoration and modernisation of a run-down cottage in Blackrock, more than doubling its original square footage. While the cottage’s traditional style and original features were meticulously preserved, a significant two-storey extension was added, seamlessly blending old world charm with contemporary living.

The exapnded space now includes a newly designed kitchen, equipped with all modern functionalities, enhancing both convenience and style. The xtension also introduced larger, more spacious rooms, filled with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout the home. The result is a beautifully restored cottage that honors its historic roots while offering all the comfort of modern living.
